I Paul Dennett, City Mayor, in exercise of the powers contained within the City Council constitution do hereby approve terms for a lease of part of Floor 3 at One New Bailey and give authority the completion of all required legal documents.

 

The Reasons are this agreement is the final step in the letting of the entire building.

Options considered and rejected were: No other options were considered.
