I, William Hinds, Lead Member for Finance & Customer Services in

exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Scheme of

Delegation of the Council do hereby approve the award of Hardship Relief as

considered by me today. (Ref 7017989)


The Reasons are: -

Where hardship relief is granted the cost will be partly met by the city council and its council tax payers


The source of funding is: -

Partially funded by Central Government and partially by the City Council
