Decision:

Salford City Council - Record of Decision

 

I Councillor David Lancaster, Lead Member for Environment, Neighbourhoods and Community Safety, in exercise of the powers contained within the City Council Constitution do hereby approve the Closure of ‘Deli Delicious’ based within the Civic Centre Campus, Swinton.

 

The Reasons are as identified in the advice provided by service managers.

 

Options considered and rejected were for the establishment to remain open.

 

Assessment of Risk: The impacts particularly in terms of the current staff have been identified and are deemed to be low risk.

 

 

The source of funding is n/a

 

Legal Advice obtained: Considered and not relevant in respect of the decision.

 

 

Financial Advice obtained: Provided by Paul Guest- SCC finance team and Citywide accountant.
