She told the Committee that the altercation in the alley referred to by the Objector was not connected to her operation as the alley was gated and she had she had only recently acquired a key to the alley. She confirmed that customers did not have access to the alley and went outside to smoke. The Applicant told the Committee there had been no altercations or incidents in the premises and that the customers came from both the local community and the Portuguese community in the wider area. The Committee accepted that the incidents of antisocial behaviour referred to in the residents objection were not connected with the operation of these premises.
